1 piece of paper
crayons or markers

glue
scissors

1. Look at the dinosaurs. Where do you think they would live? Draw a picture of their habitat.

2. Color one of the dinosaurs bright red with different colored polka dots.

3. What color(s) and patterns do you think would help the dinosaurs be camouflaged in the habitat you drew? Color one of the dinosaurs like this.

4. Color the other dinosaur in another way that might provide good camouflage.

5. Cut out all of the dinosaurs and glue them in the habitat.

6. Stand back from your picture a few feet. Describe how well the three dinosaurs are camouflaged.
